COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 5084

Appeals to Supreme Court—application for leave to appeal out of time to be sealed

The registrar of the Supreme Court must seal an application for leave to appeal out of time and any filed copies of the application.

Note     The registrar may reject an application for leave to appeal out of time that is filed (see r 6140 (Rejecting documents—noncompliance with rules etc) and r 6142 (Rejecting documents—abuse of process etc).
