Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) This division applies if a person wants to appeal to the Court of Appeal from an interlocutory order of the court constituted by a single judge, or by the associate judge.
Note Pt 5.2 deals with appeals from all orders of the registrar of the Supreme Court.
(2) The person must make an application for leave to appeal under this division.
