Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current RegulationsThe applicant for leave to appeal must file the application for leave to appeal, and supporting material for the application, in the court not later than 7 days after the day the interlocutory order is given, or not later than any further time allowed by the Court of Appeal or the judge who gave the interlocutory order.
