COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 5507
Appeals to Court of Appeal—application for leave to appeal out of time against
conviction or sentence to be sealed The registrar must seal the application
and any filed copies of the application.
Note The registrar may
reject an application that is filed (see r 6140 (Rejecting
documents—noncompliance with rules etc) and r 6142 (Rejecting
documents—abuse of process etc)).
