COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 5530
Appeals to Court of Appeal—treating application for leave to appeal out of time
against conviction or sentence as appeal If an application for leave to
appeal out of time against conviction or sentence is made by the
convicted person to the Court of Appeal, the court may treat the hearing of
the application as the hearing of the appeal.
