COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 5771

Reference appeals to Court of Appeal—application for reference appeal

    (1)     An application for a reference appeal must—

        (a)     state the grounds of the application; and

        (b)     state the question of law to be decided.

    (2)     If the applicant wants to present the applicant's case in writing under part 5.8 (Written cases), the application must state that the applicant wants to do so.
