COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 6307

Delegation by registrar

    (1)     The registrar of the court may delegate the registrar's functions under a territory law to a public servant.

    (2)     This rule does not apply to functions in the exercise of the court's jurisdiction.
