COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 6430

    (1)     This rule applies only to service of an originating process outside the ACT but in Australia.

    (2)     The originating process must be served in accordance with the Service and Execution of Process Act 1992

(Cwlth).

    (3)     In this rule:

"Australia" includes the external territories.
