COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 6541

With the Attorney-General's agreement, the court may, in relation to the service of process of a court or tribunal of a foreign country, make an order for substituted service or any other order.

Note     Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an order under this rule.
