Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) The respondent to a notice for non-party production in a proceeding or any other party to the proceeding may, not later than 14 days after the day the notice is served on the respondent, apply to the court to have the notice amended or set aside.
Note Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an order under this rule.
(2) On an application under this rule, the court may make the orders it considers appropriate.
