Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) This rule applies if the respondent to a notice for non-party production fails to produce a document stated in the notice in accordance with the notice.
(2) The applicant for the notice may apply to the court for orders in relation to the failure.
Note Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an order under this rule.
(3) On application under this rule, the court may make the orders it considers appropriate.
