Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) On application by a party to a proceeding or on its own initiative, the court may order the registrar or another officer of the court to do, or not do, any act relating to the registrar's, or other officer's, duties.
Note Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application under this rule for an order or an order otherwise ordering.
(2) If a party applies for an order in subrule (1), the party must give reasonable notice of the application to the registrar or other officer unless the court otherwise orders.
