INTERACTIVE GAMBLING REGULATION 1998 - REG 11

For the

, section 70 (1) (a) (ii), the prescribed criterion is that the person is—

        (a)     an agent under a corresponding law; or

        (b)     eligible to be an agent under a corresponding law; or

        (c)     a financial institution; or

        (d)     appointed by a financial institution as its agent to provide financial services.
