Purpose of this regulation

The purpose of this regulation is to provide for infringement notices under the

, part 3.8 for certain offences against the href="http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/2023-18" title="A2023-18">Planning Act 2023

Note     The

title="A1930-21">Magistrates Court Act 1930

, pt 3.8 provides a system of infringement notices for offences under various territory laws. The infringement notice system is intended to provide an alternative to prosecution.
