Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) The Minister may, in writing, exempt from the application of any provision of this regulation any machinery or class of machinery stated in the exemption if the Minister is satisfied that the provision cannot reasonably be applied to that machinery or class of machinery.
(2) An exemption may be absolute or subject to the conditions stated in the exemption.
(3) An instrument under this section is a notifiable instrument.
