Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) A person must not, except for this regulation or as required by law, make a record of or divulge or communicate to any person any information, or document, acquired under this regulation.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) This section does
not affect the operation of any other law relating to the confidentiality of
information or documents.
