PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATION 2000 - REG 72

Installation of non-chemical, non-flushing toilets

A person must not install a toilet (other than a flushing toilet or a chemical toilet) without the written permission of an authorised officer.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
