Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) If a person's accreditation is suspended or cancelled, the person must not fail, without reasonable excuse, to return his or her certificate of accreditation to the road transport authority as soon as practicable (but within 7 days) after the suspension or cancellation takes effect.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) If the person's accreditation is suspended and the accreditation has not expired when the suspension ends, the road transport authority must return the certificate of accreditation to the person if the person asks for its return.
