Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current RegulationsA probationary licence issued to a person by the road transport authority must be issued subject to the conditions (if any) to which the last Australian driver licence (other than a learner or restricted licence) held by the person was subject when it was last held by the person.
Note It is an offence for the holder of a driver licence to contravene, without reasonable excuse, a condition to which the licence is subject (see s 60).
