Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current RegulationsThe road transport authority may refuse to approve an application by a person for authorisation (including for the renewal of an authorisation) for a class of vehicles if the authority believes on reasonable grounds that—
(a) the person is not eligible to apply for authorisation as an examiner for that class of vehicles; or
(b) the person has not complied with a requirement made by the authority in relation to the application or a requirement of the Act relating to the application.
