ROAD TRANSPORT (ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2017 - REG 17

    (1)     In this regulation:

"rider" means the person who is riding a motorbike, bicycle, animal or animal-drawn vehicle.

    (2)     However, a "rider" does not include—

        (a)     a passenger; or

        (b)     a person walking beside and pushing a bicycle.
