ROAD TRANSPORT (ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2017 - REG 19

Unless otherwise expressly stated in this regulation, each reference in this regulation (except in this division) to a "driver" includes a reference to a rider, and each reference in this regulation (except in this division) to "driving" includes a reference to riding.
