ROAD TRANSPORT (ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2017 - REG 213H

Interfering with parking meter etc

A person must not—

        (a)     do anything that interferes with (or is likely to interfere with) the proper working of a parking meter; or

        (b)     fraudulently operate a parking meter.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
