ROAD TRANSPORT (ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2017 - REG 222B

Use of do not overtake turning vehicle sign

A person must not drive a motor vehicle or combination displaying a do not overtake turning vehicle sign unless the motor vehicle or combination, together with any load or projection, is at least 7.5m long.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
