ROAD TRANSPORT (ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2017 - REG 300B

Driving on road closed to traffic

A person must not drive a vehicle on a road that is closed to traffic under the

title="Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Act 1999">Act

, section 30 (Road or road related area may be closed temporarily to traffic).

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
