WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2011 - REG 418G

Section 418F does not apply to work that involves supplying or installing engineered stone benchtops, panels or slabs if the work is carried out—

        (a)     for genuine research and analysis; or

        (b)     to sample and identify engineered stone.
