Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current RegulationsA person conducting a business or undertaking must ensure that the training required under section 445 (Duty to train workers about asbestos awareness) and section 445A (Duty to train workers about working with asbestos) includes training in the hazards and risks associated with naturally occurring asbestos for workers who carry out work where naturally occurring asbestos is likely to be found.
Maximum penalty: tier E monetary penalty.
