APPROPRIATION ACT 1989-90 (NO. 25 OF 1989) - SECT 2

2. In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears—

“salary” includes a payment in the nature of salary;

“Supply Act” means the Supply Act 1989-90 ;

“the financial year” means the year that commenced on 1 July 1989.
