APPROPRIATION ACT 1991-92 (NO. 80 OF 1991) - SECT 3

Issue and application of $1,275,696,400

3. The Treasurer may issue the sum of $1,275,696,400 out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply it in respect of services provided in the financial year under the programs specified in the Schedule.
