APPROPRIATION ACT 1995-96 (NO. 44 OF 1995) - SECT 3

3. In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears—

“financial year” means the year that commenced on 1 July 1995;

“salary” includes a payment in the nature of salary;

“Supply Act” means the Supply Act 1995-96 .
