APPROPRIATION ACT 1996-97 (NO. 55 OF 1996) - SECT 3

3. This Act is made for the purposes of—

        (a)     sections 57 and 58 of the Australian Capital Territory (Self-Government) Act 1988 of the Commonwealth; and

        (b)     sections 6 and 8 of the Financial Management Act 1996 .
