Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies to a decision made under the repealed Act if, immediately before the repeal, the time for appealing against the decision had not ended.
(2) A person entitled to appeal against the decision under the repealed Act may appeal against the decision to the Supreme Court until the time for appeal under the repealed Act would have ended if that Act had not been repealed.
