ARCHITECTS ACT 2004 (NO. 20 OF 2004) - SECT 59

    (1)     An individual commits an offence if—

        (a)     the individual advertises that the individual provides, or will provide, an architectural service; and

        (b)     the individual is not registered.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
