ARCHITECTS ACT 2004 (NO. 20 OF 2004) - SECT 64

    (1)     The Australian Capital Territory Architects Board (the architects board ) is established.

    (2)     The board—

        (a)     is a body corporate; and

        (b)     must have a seal.
