APPROPRIATION ACT 2006-2007 (NO. 34 OF 2006) - SECT 4

In this Act:

"agency" means a department, territory authority or territory-owned corporation.

"Financial Management Act" means the Financial Management Act 1996 .

"financial year" means the year beginning on 1 July 2006.
