APPROPRIATION ACT 2008-2009 (NO 3) (NO. 11 OF 2009) - SECT 4

This Act is made for the purposes of––

        (a)     the Self-Government Act, section 57 and section 58; and

        (b)     the Financial Management Act, section 6 and section 8.
