29A     Determination of polling day

    (1)     The Minister may determine the polling start day for an ATSIEB election to be held 3 years after the last election was held.

    (2)     The day determined must be a Saturday.

    (3)     A determination is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act
