ANIMAL DISEASES ACT 2005 (NO. 18 OF 2005) - SECT 12

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, declare a disease to be an exotic disease for this Act.

    (2)     A declaration is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
