Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) If a person contravenes a direction given by the director or authorised person under this Act, the director or authorised person may arrange for action to be taken to give effect to the direction.
(2) The reasonable costs incurred by the director or authorised person under subsection (1), are a debt payable to the Territory by the person to whom the direction was given.
