Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts12. The Registrar may dispose of—
(a) any document lodged with the Registrar in relation to an incorporated association that, at least 7 years previously, was dissolved or ceased to be registered or the incorporation of which was cancelled; or
(b) any document of which a reproduction or transparency has been incorporated in a register pursuant to section 9;
if, in the opinion of the Registrar, it is no longer necessary or desirable to keep the document.
