ANNUAL LEAVE (AMENDMENT) ACT 1997 (NO. 67 OF 1997) - SECT 13

13. Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by inserting at the foot of subsection (1) the following penalty provision:

“Penalty:

        (a)     if the offender is a natural person—50 penalty units;

        (b)     if the offender is a body corporate—250 penalty units.”; and

    (b)     by omitting subsection (2).
