Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts15. (1) The Minister shall cause a copy of each instrument under section 5, subsection 7 (2) or 8 (2), (5), (6) or (7), section 10 or subsection 11 (1) to be laid before the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after the day on which it is made.
(2) The Chief Minister shall cause a copy of each instrument under paragraph 6 (2) (b) to be laid before the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after the day on which it is made.
