BAIL (AMENDMENT) ACT 1992 (NO. 75 OF 1992) - SECT 4

Bail for minor offences

4. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting from paragraph (3) (c) “or”; and

    (b)     by adding at the end of subsection (3) the following paragraphs:

    “(e)     a person charged with—

              (i)     an offence against section 27 of the Domestic Violence Act 1986 ; or

              (ii)     an offence against section 206L of the Magistrates Court Act 1930 ; or

        (f)     a person charged with a prescribed offence.”.
