BOOKMAKERS (AMENDMENT) ACT 1994 (NO. 29 OF 1994) - SECT 6

6. Section 56 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by inserting before paragraph (a) the following paragraph:

    “(aa)     relating to the information that may be supplied by telephone by a bookmaker in the course of carrying on business as a bookmaker;”; and

    (b)     by omitting from paragraph (b) “$500” and substituting “$1,000”.
