BUILDING (AMENDMENT) ACT 1999 (NO. 48 OF 1999) - SECT 13

    Section 55 of the Principal Act is amended—

        (a)     by omitting from subsection (1) “or 54A” and substituting “, 54A or 54B”; and

        (b)     by inserting in paragraph (1) (b) “or 54B” after “54A”.
