BUILDING (AMENDMENT) ACT 1999 (NO. 48 OF 1999) - SECT 15

    Section 60 of the Principal Act is amended—

        (a)     by inserting after paragraph (1) (s) the following paragraph:

    “(sa)     refusing to issue a certificate of regularisation to a person other than the Territory or the Commonwealth under paragraph 53AB (6) (b);”; and

        (b)     by omitting from paragraph (3) (n) “paragraph (1) (s)” and substituting “paragraphs (1) (s) and (sa)”.
