Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The trustees of an approved scheme may apply in writing to the planning and land authority to change the scheme.
(2) The application must—
(a) be signed by all the trustees of the scheme; and
(b) set out the proposed change to the scheme and the reasons for the change.
(3) This section does not apply to a change to the scheme declared under the prudential standards to be a change to which this section does not apply.
