BUILDING ACT 2004 (NO. 11 OF 2004) - SECT 150

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, determine fees for this Act.

Note     The Legislation Act contains provisions about the making of determinations and regulations relating to fees (see pt 6.3).

    (2)     A fee for the issue of a building approval under section 28 (2) must only be determined by reference to the value of building work for which the building approval has been issued.

    (3)     A determination is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
