BUILDING ACT 2004 (NO. 11 OF 2004) - SECT 9

In this Act:

"specialist building work"—

        (a)     means—

              (i)     the installation of a swimming pool; or

              (ii)     the demolition of a building; and

        (b)     includes building work prescribed under the regulations as specialist building work.
