BETTING (TOTALIZATOR ADMINISTRATION) (NO. 36 OF 1993) - SECT 5

5. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting the definition of “TAB”; and

    (b)     by inserting the following definitions:

“ ‘Board' means the Australian Capital Territory Totalizator Administration Board;

‘member' means a member of the Board;”.
